We want to try and make your experience as #stressfree as possible so we have out together some of our most frequently asked questions.
If there is anything we haven’t covered then please feel free to get in touch with us on messenger, by email, or by phone – and remember there is no such thing as a daft question!!
If you wish to try on dresses, then please contact us to book an appointment with one of our stylists. However, if you wish to just browse through our collection (without trying on) then we recommend you to come in Tuesday-Friday, as Saturdays & Sundays are our busiest days and we may not be able to help you out as much as we would like to!
Yes! In our made to order department we offer a Luxury Appointment which has a reservation fee of £10, fully refundable against your purchase on the day. This includes your very own bridal stylist, private fitting area and a complimentary drinks tray for you and your guests to enjoy. You can upgrade your appointment to VIP which includes all the above plus a glass of prosecco and cupcake per person. For all appointments we take your credit/debit card details to secure the appointment as we have a 48 hours cancellation policy.
Your bridal stylist will already have been in touch with you after you book to confirm your appointment. We will get to know each other more in depth and find out more about your personal taste and wedding style, as well as answering any questions you may have that will help us to find your dream dress! Once you arrive in store, you will be greeted by our friendly team who will show you to your own personal seating area where you will be served your pre-booked drinks tray. Our appointments usually last around 1 hour 30 minutes which allows us plenty time to try on gowns, normally around 6-8, along with accessorising your dream dress which leaves us time to celebrate and have your photos taken at our amazing selfie wall!
Finding your dream dress is a once in a lifetime moment! We want you to bring the people along, whose opinion you trust and need before committing to your dress. We always say it’s kinda like when your partner proposed, you where excited, overwhelmed and emotional and it’s a very hard moment to recreate so make sure your most important people are with you for your celebration! We are a very busy store and our fitting areas suit up to 4 guests best, but we will absolutely do our best to accommodate your group, but please let us know in advance if you plan on bringing more than 4.
It helps to wear a strapless bra in a nude or ivory, but we also won’t get offended if you want to take off your bra during your appointment to get a better idea of how your dress will look. If you would like to wear spanx or shaping underwear, then please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. We can offer a selection of shoes for you to try on with your dress in a 3.5inch heel.
We understand that most brides/sisters/friends all have children, and while we don’t mind you bringing them along, it’s probably easier for you and your bridal party if you don’t! Not only can it be distracting if they are having a bad day, but there are lots of pins, mirrors and delicate things around that might harm them, as well as other appointments that we have to be mindful of.

Our made to order wedding dresses range from £995 - £2,700 and we have over 300 dresses to buy immediately from stock in our Outlet department priced £99-£899.
Most of the dresses in our made to order department are in sample sizes UK10-UK24, with the majority 14/16/18. Our OUTLET department gowns are UK10-UK20. Normally when shopping for bridal gowns you will try on gowns 1-2 sizes bigger than you would normally buy on the high street.
If you are buying a dress immediately from stock at our OUTLET department, we may only need to order your accessories. Dresses ordered from our main collection (in your preferred size & colour) can take from 6 to 9 months, plus alteration time of approx. 2-3 months. There can be an option for a rush order from most of our designers, but this will incur an extra cost.
Then you are in luck as we have over 300 gowns available for you to take home from our OUTLET department! These gowns are overstock, ex-samples and we have many current styles available to buy at a heavily discounted price. Most gowns are one off and we only have them in one size or colour, so the only rule we have at the OUTLET is ‘If you love it buy it or someone else will’
When you find your dream dress with us, we require a 60% deposit at the point of ordering and then the remaining balance is not due until your dress is ready to ship to the store. We aim to have your gown in store ready to start your alterations approx. 8-10 weeks prior to your big day. Please be aware that we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges and that all sales are therefore final.
OUTLET gowns must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Yes. If you would like your gown in earlier than the estimated 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding date, then you request this at the time of ordering. Once your dress arrives, you can collect it from the store within 7 days or we can offer you storage in house for a one-off fee of £49, the dress will also remain insured under our policy.
When we measure you for your gown, we will order your dress in the closest size to you. Normally our seamstress will take two fittings to get your dress just perfect!
All alterations are subject to an additional charge based on what you have altered. We offer an in-house alteration service on a Tuesday or Thursday.
There is no obligation to have your alterations done with us, if you wish to take it somewhere else, then you absolutely can.
It is very important that you bring the shoes (or ones of the same height) and the underwear you will be wearing on the day. The seamstress cannot start your alterations without these items and there may be a missed appointment fee for her time if you forget – so please remember!
We are lucky to have TWO amazing departments within our store!
Our Luxury Bridal Appointments are held in our Made to Order Department, which features over 200 gown samples available to try on in sizes 10-24. Once you find your dream dress this will be ordered in your chosen size and colour, and with any custom options available. This gown will then arrive, brand new, in store within 9 months in time for your alterations to start.
Our Outlet Appointments take place in our Outlet Department. We have over 300 gowns in store available for you to try on and take home on the same day. These gowns range in size, style and colour, and stock availability changes on a day to day basis.
